Meet Emma Buescher

While Montana is vast in size, it remains small in community. The practice of law is one area in which longevity, relationships, reputation, and experience carry a lot of weight. Oftentimes the professionals who have been involved for many years are simply going through the motions. It’s evident that Emma Buescher is not only devoted to each of her cases but is thorough and focused as well. For most people, those are the most important qualities in an attorney.

Emma Buescher is an attorney new to Bozeman, Montana. With her office located in the heart of downtown, she takes on clients with a variety of legal needs, both locally and from outside of Bozeman. Her areas of practice include divorce, child custody, DUI, and criminal defense. Emma has been practicing in Montana for about two years, which is what gives her a fresh perspective. Because she is working to develop professional relationships in town, she goes out of her way to listen, learn, and understand the connections that exist between herself and counsel, clients, courts, and cooperating entities – which are all a big part of small-town Montana.

Emma is just the sort of attorney our growing community needs – she comes from a larger, urban setting and has the experience to address Bozeman’s increasingly diverse case load. The value clients experience in working with Emma lies in her ability to fully engage and be present in a case. She is responsive, driven, and willing to think outside the box to find innovative solutions. Clients litigating divorce and parenting plans often need more than just legal counsel. It’s helpful to have an attorney who is thoughtful and truly invested in the best interests of each client.

“2018 was a great year for us,” says Emma. “I was thrilled to bring on a legal assistant in August, sign another long-term lease here on Mendenhall, and narrow my practice down to family law and criminal defense, which is where my strengths are and what Bozeman really needs right now. The experience I’ve had with both clients and attorneys alike has been remarkable and has provided me with a strong sense of longevity. I’m so thankful for that.”

As you bid farewell to 2018, keep us in mind for family law and criminal defense. Things are shaking up around here; and we are here for it.
